I have been looking for ways to start earning passive income, and I recently came across Agloco Market Research. Agloco will eventually allow you to make money just for surfing the web. Currently there is a limit of 5 hours per month, per person. Also, from what I have gathered, the network is only in the testing phases and you won’t make any actual money yet.
There are a few interesting points here:
- You earn shares of the company. It seems that the first step in the Algoco plan is to offer stock options to the users. I think this is cool since I have never owned any stocks and it has the potential to be something valuable. Sure it might be worthless, but it’s free and I think it’s worth the small amount of effort.
- You get more by referring more people. Agloco gives you (your hours) + (the hours of your referrals), and credits you for those. Their “Top Ten” list shows that more than one person has accumulated 40,000+ members. That could equal some real money, if the network ever gets running.
- Agloco plans to earn money by collecting information about your web surfing, and selling that information to large companies. I don’t know exactly who they are going to sell the information to, but I figure that I am going to be surfing the web anyways - I might as well make a few pennies for it.
In the end, I think Agloco has a very low risk (it takes 2 minutes to signup) and has a high potential pay-out. If it goes bust, then it’s no big deal - you haven’t lost anything. But if it’s gets big and the stock price goes through the roof, you want to be in on the action!
